YIKES!
I suck at this. School has got me busy busy and I'm trying to pinpoint the problems. I pack my lunch and don't take anything too awful. I may blame my boyfriend and our (notice I admit blame too) love of restaurants.
I got back on Activtracks today and signed up for the Biggest Loser local challenge in hopes that it will keep me motivated. I'm getting excited when I hear that my schedule is free because I immediately think "That's time for the gym!"
I would at least like to be down to around 170 by Halloween. 165 would be great, but I don't want to do anything dangerous in 4 weeks. Hope all is well for all of you!
