Still at a stand still, but really im ok with that nothing has really changed, think some is just water weight and some is just body adjusting again, have my dr apt set for a physical, im over due BIG TIME lst time I had one was more then 16 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter (yes I know im bad) but 1st of all I dont go to the drs unless im sic and I was never really sic (thats my story and im sticking to it) but I felt it was time to bite the bullet not young any more turning 41 this year and with my "healthy lifestyle change" I just want to make sure im on track. Have a lot of added stress latly as well with "teen" issues.
