Well it's been 3 months since I first weighed in here and I am at the exact weight that I started with. On a positive note my goal was to not gain weight during the summer and it looks like I met my goal. But it is still very discouraging to be this heavy. Its time to get back at it! I have been exercising fairly consistently between walking, kayaking, and working out in my home gym but I must admit that the eating has not been great. I just hate the tracking part of dieting..... I am going to join a couple of the challenges that are starting and hopefully this will help motivate me. So here we go....
93.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Maybe using the diet calendar might help you keep on track more? It will also keep track of US WW points for you... I know I couldn't have survived without it, so you may find it useful. I wish you lots of good luck! ;o)
