Two workouts today. "30 Day Shred" in the morning and Treadmill after 8 p.m. (for 36 minutes) & "5 Minute Arms".

Burned 330 calories and 103 fat cals.

FOOD INTAKE:
Breakfast: Coco-Coffee Visalus Shake
Lunch: Kale + Sardine Salad
Dinner: Choco-Coffee-Banana Visalus Shake + 1 slice of Sonora Casserole
Snack: Almond Paste Wafer Rolls (several)....grrr!
60.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
