Ga ad tips khusus yg jelas konsisten,jgn blm apa2 udh nyerah,udh ngeluh.
Ak 4 bln lebih,bawa timbangan makanan kemana mana,terus jgn sering2 nimbang BB. Biar ga kefikiran.santai aj..
Yg jelas ngatur makan defkal olahraga apa aj yg penting bergerak aktif jgn leyeh2 manja.
Udh gtu aj..intinya cari yg sesuai kebutuhan kamu. Jgn terlalu byk ngurangin makan.
Dikit2 aj, kurangi 20% dr kebutuhan kalori.
Udh ok.
