127.0! I think adequate sleep is essential. There has been a noticeable change in my body since reducing calories and consistently exercising. Duh! Hallelujah!
57.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
