So, looks like a week has gone by without recording anything in my log! And my success (or lack thereof) shows it. Actually, what happened is...exactly a week ago today, I started my weekend BIG bday celebration part 2 with Ron (and of course this included a kiddie tray at the movie theater!), followed by breakfast with father (a Belgian waffle -- yummy!), followed by a whirlwind of activities with mother and sisters (great picnic in the Public Garden, and a North End meal that of course included pasta and cannoli!) This made my weight go (GASP!!!) over 170 lbs. Thankfully, I have gotten it under that dreaded amount, and I think I'm back on track. But it's kind of discouraging that I began this logging proces over a month ago, and I am now fatter than I was then! Oh, well, it's not every day that one turns 50. Still, though, I have to get my eating UNDER CONTROL!!!!!!
