Kenapa ya BB ku stuck mulu udh 2 minggu ini? Malah cenderung ke naik BB nya? Pdhal mkn udh dijaga bgt, klo mkn diatas BMR malah nambah naik 😢 Trus aq hrus mkn apa ya biar bsa balik lg ke normal? Bingung aq tuh guys 😢
