144.6!!! Yay I am so excited that I've had several days of consecutive LOSSES instead of gains. It feels so GOOD. What feels even better is it's just tracking calories. So easy to do on here. I even had Cinnamon Toast Crunch for breakfast YUM. Why did it take me over a year to figure this out?!?! I could beat myself up about that but like Moose says it was just part of my journey. I just have a slower learning curve than most lol. I will move forward and PERSEVERE. :)

Today ONLY if you like Whole Foods there is a massive sale on grass fed beef. I've never had it but it's supposed to be much more humane treatment of the animals and healthier for you. I believe it runs upwards of $6/ lb but today it's $3.99/ lb.

We get out an hour early today, which is awesome. I hope we get out of here before it starts pouring... we are getting our weakened version of Hurricane Earl today. That's fine as long as it is out of the way before Sunday, which is the day we are going down the shore. Gotta love the Jersey Shore!

Today I am grateful for...
1) long holiday weekends
2) my happy pups
3) the forecast calling for sunny skies on Sunday

WAHOOO and happy dancing here for you this morning Christina!!! I told you calorie counting works!!! Tee hee!!! Hey ... at least you are smarter than me ... it took me almost 30 years to finally accept that fact!!! Now ... brace yourself for the weekend. Don't set yourself up for a downer on Monday/Tuesday. If you are going to indulge KNOW you will have a gain. You could choose to count calories all weekend and see at least 'steady' after the long weekend. Be GOOD to you!!! Be KIND. Don't beat yourself up you smart, beautiful coupon QUEEN!!!

Thank you for your Snooki punch. For some reason I have this fantasy that I go down the shore and get into a fight with the entire cast of Jersey Shore, and then I become a huge star from it. Well in the reality world. LOL.

Yup I am back to counting those calories again too. lol It gives you a great idea of where you are. I guess we just get lazy later ad figure we know it all and then those little things you just pop in your mouth and don't record really add up. I am hoping this will be my answer again too. That's funny that you mention Giant. I went to Giant for the very first time, today! their produce was super expensive so I decided to go to acme instead! ( cantaloupe was 2.99 at Giant and only 1.67 at acme.) and mangos were 2.50 at giant but only 1.00 at acme..plus giant didn't have pomegranates!!! Lol But I will check out the kraft deal...it seems like it's worth the return visit!!

Great drop this week... counting calories sure does help.. you don't realize how many little things we pop into our mouths without even thinking and they eventually add up.... have a great weekend....
