Alhamdulillah, memulai kontrol defisit kalori Minggu kemarin, hari ini ditimbang dah turun 1,7 kg... Semangat!!!!
98.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 38.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
