Had ribs tonight, with sauce, but..luckily still made it on fat/calories limit!! Couldnt resist...they smelled sooo good!! But, back on the straight and narrow tomm!!!!
97.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
