As usual this has been a very busy week. I have tried hard to keep my focus. I like the fasting. I am able to only fast once a week. I truely believe this has helped me to break the plateau I was on. I am almost in the group of numbers for my first goal. I feel it is in reach. I need to keep plugging along.
