I waited a whole week before my first weigh in, but need more immediate gratification to keep going, so I decided Wednesdays and Sundays would work. Today I'm down another 2.5 pounds, but I've got a stinkin' cold that led to a migraine, so I'm not sure I can claim credit for the loss. Being sick helps keep my hunger in check, that's for sure!
