Hi queenie, I started in August starting weight was 112.1 kg 😬 I also started because of health reasons, for the first time in my life I feel I have a better understanding of food. Trial and error to find the perfect solution for you, to get you to your happy place. This will be a journey and not a diet, more a lifestyle change. Drink plenty of water, track your food and yes the bad things too, to see what is working and what not. Some weeks you will gain, don't get discouraged remember why you started in the first place.
