127.0!! Diet & exercised followed 100%. I am increased my elliptical workouts by 5 minutes per day until I reach 45 minutes. I will resume jogging and hill jogging as soon as weather permits. Went to IKEA for breakfast yesterday morning. Was hungry when I went to bed last night. Feeling great.
