隔日斷食第6天/斷食日/36H/ 跑步機20分鐘/健身車30分/ 身體沒什麼不適/月經正常/ 深層睡眠達到三小時以上/ 可能因為我都乖乖吃回TDEE飽到天靈蓋/ 今天結束後在考慮要不要繼續隔日斷下去 不然覺得隔日斷有點爽 唯一缺點就是進食日會飽到爆😂
