dropping pretty steadily.. Did 40 mins of Yoga.. LOTS of walking! Even after the 2 pieces of pizza, and quite a few breadsticks!! The exercise really does it!
60.1 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
