ok so sat was bad, i ate bad and i knew it. but i set the mini goal that as long as i weight the same friday as in monday i will be happy, so so far im good!
69.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Way to go! Weekends are hard due the lack of structure. Being the same weight from one day to the next is major!
