Followed 100% until dinner get together. OK once in a while. No pre dinner snacks, wine x 2, roast beef dinner, dessert. Delicious. Back on track today. Begin elliptical for 30 minutes today. Have been upping elliptical by 5 minutes each workout. Maximum elliptical will be 45 minutes until weather warms up and I can jog outside again. Doing fine!!! Dedicated. Committed. Having a hoot.
