breakfast=
egg white2 + red onion + roti 50gr (multi grain aata) with 2 green chilli
lunch=
steem vegetables as zucchini, capsicum or pumpkin with only pink salt 125gr + roti 50gr + extra virgin olive oil 7gr
same dinner
plus apple medium + husk(ispaghol) 11gr + flexseeds 14 gram with whole glass of water
and must exercise 1 hour
