连续大餐加饮酒的效果就是这么明显。
昨天早上只吃了鸡蛋白
中午土豆蔬菜肉和米饭
晚饭大餐加啤酒。
今天没招待,下周末目标62.5
64.7 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 64.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
