Grr! Missed this week's goal weight by .1 !!! Really wanted to get back out the 90s. Was definitely watching my calories, though didn't document in the food diary (lots of eating out). But made better choices, such as, checked out this Five Guys burger place everyone raves about. But, chose a single patty hamburger not cheeseburger, massive veggies on it, mustard instead of ketchup, shared a small fry with vinegar instead of ketchup, and bottled water instead of soda. Was SO satisfied. Workouts were pitiful, however. That .1 is my punishment for it.
