Could have done much better this time around had I not been at the our friends cabin, but hey, you just need to have fun. Overall I ate really well, if I don't count the 1 fudge strip cookie, used to make smores, and 1 piece of salt water taffy that I ate. I brought up lots of veggies and we ate them all! I walked with my girfriend 2 mornings, but unfortunately she is very out of shape and I didn't get a work out, but I feel good that she did. In the end, I gained .6 lbs. This just proved to me that exercise really counts!! It was a lazy weekend. BUT, I made up for it the following week and ended up dropping a full pound - what I gained, plus my 1/2 lb. Feeling good!
