어제 운동하고나서 저녁약속만 없었어도 더 내려가는건뎅 ㅠㅠ
그나마 차마시고 샐러드먹어서 0.4키로 빠졌당
여행가기전에 61다시 만들어놓자!!
62.1 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
