No energy yesterday. Went for a bike ride and had to cut it short. Went to bed early. I added some calories and made it a maintenance day. Hopefully I'll feel better today.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
