Well...hump day. Busy at work today, but took 15 min of my lunch to walk up and down the parking garage and stairs. Also went for a walk after work 30 min- did it pretty quickly, got a good work out.

Kinda tired tonight, think I am going to bed early,,,YAWN
100.2 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 32.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
