Won’t lie, it’s been very very difficult. The last 3 weeks was more spiritual than for weightloss purposes, so I’m happy with the results, but I’m more happier with the barriers I was able to break mentally. For an emotional eater, saying “No” to Ones self is probably one of the most painful things you will EVER go through.

What I have learnt in this 21 days is this: ONE: emotional cravings will not end, they just get less intense the more you say no. TWO: Saying “no” today gives you a little bit of power for tomorrow, and then some more when you don’t give in. THREE: your eating journey will never look like anyone else’s, accept that and be happy.
89 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
