I havent been on here too recently. I have A LOT of weight to lose. Im getting married in 6 months and I am ready to get back in the groove of things and make a healthy life change. I have been wakling regularly (2-3 times weekly) and eating a lot healthier. I have a lot of bad food to cut out of my diet, but I know I can do this! I want to look the way I feel, not feel the way I look!
