I only gained .6 pounds over the weekend...shoo...thank God!!! I thought for sure it would have been more than that after the pizza and beer on Saturday night! I really didn't eat much on Sunday to make up for it though and hit the elliptical as soon as we got home Sunday night. Just need to get back on track!
79.2 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
