I know why this happened I just was hoping it wouldnt be so big a jump but I wanted pizza so I had pizza, I didnt eat more than what I earned in my exercise yesterday but I am sure it comes from doing the same if not more exercise and only eating my 1740 in calories before. Plus pizza has lots of fat. But it was soooo good. I am bad. So today must stay within my calories. Will skip morning coffee and have coffee in afternoon. Still need to get some breakfast going on.
I had a good time yesterday with my family at their new store. They opened a franchise in a popular nutrition supliment store. They seem to be enjoying it. My family is ultra atheltic.
This morning I was looking at my upper arms. I used to be embarrassed of them. They are awfully flabby and I wonder if some of that will go away the more weight I lose? Last week I did some arm strength training I know I have muscles there but there is still just as much wobbliness as muscle.
Anyways, I noticed that this dress I bought this past spring is looking less tight and more like it did when I bought it :) yay. I really want to get to 299 sometime in september. The earlier the better. By September 8th would be really special for me and a good part of the reason for getting healthier.

You can do it... and remember that pizza you ate was also probably very high in sodium, another reason you may have gained, but just water weight... : )

maybe I drank alot of water yesterday too. It's been super humid hot here but looking for a break for that for a couple days starting tomorrow! yes I am a wannabe weather girl :)
