Here is my starting weight for the challenge..

I have done pretty good so far today..

B: 2 egg w/about 1 cup veggies & 1/2 piece of cheese omelet, 1 cup coffee w/1 TBS of sugar (I don't do the artificials)

S: 1 banana

L: 3 leftover chicken strips w/a few pieces of steamed broccoli & about a teaspoon of honey mustard leftovers from O'charleys lunch yesterday.

I am planning on making homemade wontons tonight stuffed w/ sweet potatoes, cauliflower, tofu and a bit of cheese, and another set stuffed w/ broccoli slaw, soy sauce & a bit of tofu. I am going to sautee them in a bit of Omega blend oil. Dipped in some kraft sweet and sour sauce. I will update with my actual dinner and afternoon snack in a bit.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
