Completely dropped off grid and not paid attention to anything untill I had back pain and checked my sugar. Have restarted in January and am counting calories and carbs and exercising. On January 3 when I restarted I was 254.5 today's weigh in has me at 239.5. Praying Holy Spirit help to maintain. and continue to loose.
