Was so dedicated this weekend, went to gym saturday (50 minutes) and sunday (60 minutes) , kept to my shakes and healthy meals , aiming for under 100 kg by december , fingers crossed.

Trying to keep busy when im not like going grocery shopping when i would rather lay on the couch watching series and buying only healthy foods so that that there isnt really an option to cheat , slowly but surely changing our habits to improve our health.

Just got back to the office after a quick 30 minute lunch walk, to get the blood flowing , looking like a very red tomatoe but feeling good :)

I've seen some very low calorie diets and i know they would probably get me there quicker , but is that sustainable ? and is it healthy ? wont it harm your body to be so under nourished ? I want to lose the weight and keep it off for good , hopefully slow and steady does win the race ;)

Don't lose hope, slowly is for sure the best and healthiest way, any quick fix of pill quits working the minute you stop taking it. You have the right mind set, you will get there!! Don't give up dear.

Hi Tashalls....try eating clean and healthy and try eating 5 - 6 times a day .... small portions. Fit in your fruit, veggies etc. It's mainly about portion control, This way you keep the hunger at bay and drink lots of water. I normally have my breakfast in the morning, a fruit snack at 10h00, then my lunch at about 12h00 - 12h30 then at 15h00 I have another small snack, then tonight I have my veggies with my meal, but I cut out carbs for dinner, and I found that this is working perfectly fine for me and I am able to maintain. Just try find something that works for you, holding thumbs but don't give up as it is possible

Refrain from eating anything from boxes, tins, packets etc. Eat a healthy, balanced diet made up of: fresh fruit and lots of veggies, moderate portions of meat, eggs, dairy and healthy fats and be sure to cut out all sugars and any form of refined carbs (as you get this + fibre from your fruit & veg) You've got this!!
