so while i worked out twice as much yesterday i also went to a bakery. i love bakerys and i indulged in vegan bakery goodness (in my head vegan was healthier due to lack of real eggs and butter hehe) anyways i still lost but i didnt really eat a lot besides that and a salad and smoothie and protien bar all day.
I am so happy to be losing like this. It's very encouraging after a really rough week emotionally.
