Keep trying! I'm sure you know all this stuff but just try and plan ahead with healthy snacks and really try and get some breakfast in you and plenty of water too. You are so worth it and you CAN do it! (O:

Can you pack a lunch. I don't know what your options are for your plan, but that works for me. Hang in there and don't give up. Keep up with the journaling too.

Keep healthy snacks in your fridge...its better that you grab one of those on your way out and toss it in your book bag. Don't give up!

I have just discovered McDonald's Sugar-free Vanilla Iced Coffee. 120 calories for a large sized coffee (huge) and costs $1.99. Delicious and lasts a long time. Would be good for a long drive to keep you from eating something more high-calorie. Also gives you a caffeine lift!

However, do NOT skip breakfast. At least take some carrot sticks to munch on in the car for some vitamins and a little something in your stomach. Or get some protein bread and make toast--it's so dense, it's good cold and even without butter!
