Weigh-in is approximate as these scales at my 'holiday home' (!) are not in kilos but in stones/pounds - I weigh in at 9 stone dead, which is a fraction over 57kg but I won't know for sure due to differences in scales etc. That's good enough for me, especially as I'm still on holiday and also pre-menstrual.
I did have a bit of a day off yesterday - still didn't go mad but had a little of most foods on offer at a family buffet lunch (salmon & asparagus quiche, tiramisu cheesecake - a sliver to taste) and then dinner was sausages and mustard mash which I know is 700 cal for a portion. So I'd guess around 2000 for the day or 30% over RDI. Did loads of walking again though and right back on track today.
