I probably could have skipped dinner cause I wasn't that hungry but after I ate it. I was hungry again right before bed. weird. I didn't eat anything though. I did stay up way too late, which throws me off kilter the whole next day so I'm going to try and get to bed no later than 10pm now. :)
94.6 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
