目前恢复减脂计划第三天,控制饮食,只吃三餐,加上适量运动,基本每天保持45分钟慢跑,目前68.5,希望能坚持得到3个月!
68.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
