beratnya ketika menstruasi ko naik turun ya..padahal asupan ga jauh beda..walo hasrat pengen ngemil tnggi bgt..tetap semangat ah 18 kg d depan mata belum terjamah..plis badan q yg bohai mggu ni hrs d angka 87 ya😁😘
