I'm weighing in a few days early as I am down 2 lbs from my last Sat. weigh in. So far this week I have not been counting points but trying to eat healthfully and in moderation. I will see how it goes, but am encouraged the weight seems to be going down again. I am trying to eat as many wholesome natural foods as possible, higher on the protein and veggies and lower on the carbs.
The gym has been closed for maintenance this week, so I have been walking and done some floor exercises at home but have not had a good hard workout. I am also really busy this week getting ready for events starting next week. I am writing and coordinating a preschool cirriculum for our MOPS program that starts next week and getting it all set up, so it is taking up a lot of time to say the least! I am almost done and ready for it to start next week.
It has been so nice having the older kids in school- no fighting when they are gone! We are still getting used to the routine of getting ready in the morning and have to get that down still. Still constant fighting from my oldest one. She will end up giving me gray hair!!! Well, that being said, I need to go get them ready. My blood pressure is already up b/c I can't even seem to get this message off without them fighting!
