I hit a snag in my weight lost due to a stomach illness that lasted for two weeks back in July. I was down to 205 after the sickness in August , however joint issues from the sickness kept me out of the gym for a few weeks. During that time my eating and drinking went unchecked. I’m now back on here full time again.😁
