Success before my shower! Whoopee! (I don't know why it's up on here, cause I did not enter 162.5, it was 161.5. Still working out the kinks, I guess.)
73.3 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
