Down a pound...need more vegetables and fruit. Less fat.
Very happy at the way I feel and the way my clothes are fitting....I can also feel my hip-bones whoo hoo...:)
68.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
