Though the weight is coming off again, slowly, it's coming off; and as others have expressed; it's time to be about the basics; it's about getting enough water; it's about getting enough veggies; it's about not going over in my RDI, and keeping the net carbs under control as well; it's about not falling prey to tasty, temptations that may taste great in the momment, but not as good as success; it's about walking in the victory, which I've already claimed. Thanks ladies. I always feel that it was, in following the basic program, that I was able to lose the most weight, in the first place; so if I can get back to the basics, every once in a while; that's the best way to kick start my weight loss again; plus it's a lot easier to follow, and put a quick meal on the table. :-)
