Grrrr. I've been working pretty hard. I have to admit that I got my hip arthritis inflamed after my super fast walk on Jan. 10th. Rested for a few days and have not gotten back to my Pilates. I have been walking every other day. Yesterday, Jan. 26, I started some squats along with a 3 mile walk with Bella. Today: 1x30 (5lb) bicep curls, 1x20 (5lb)tricep kickback, 1x30 upright rows. I'm anticipating doing the Pilates 20 minute ab workout after a while.
My clothes are still feeling looser than they were and muscle does weigh more than fat. My calorie intake is what it should be to lose wt, but I cut back on my moving/exercise. Getting back on track.. Hips are obviously better if I can do squats and walk 3 miles without them hurting.
