Had a few beers with friends last night and ate lots of veggies! Realized that eating peas in a pod....with them being so crunchy....helps me deal with not eating chips. Weighed in this am and lost a pound. Went to the gym for 45 minutes again today too. Good day,
54.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
