Went over my RDI a bit but overall a good day. I wouldnt have had my afternoon treat if I had known my kids grandparents were taking us out to dinner but I didnt find out till about 15 minutes after I enjoyed that delicious goodness. Anyway I planned my dinner out and wouldve been ok, but I ended up eating some pretzels. I couldve removed the bun from my sandwich at dinner, but I didnt want to. Whatever, I still consider it a win.
Also, if you go to Denny's (which is NOT my first choice), their online menu has some good nutritional info. I got the "build your own burger" with grilled chicken, swiss, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle on a brioche bun and it was pretty darn good.
Didnt go to the gym as planned, mowed my yard instead *insert angels singing*. Tonight its the gym and then Volleyball practice, then pack for my trip this weekend.
My kid missed the bus, AGAIN, and I ran out of the house without lunch. Not sure what it will be...
