well yesterday I was a little discouraged because in 12 days of induction i had not lost any! so I went out with my brother and later in the afternoon with my husband and I stuffed myself (Atkins allowed food only) and I put in the tracker and ended eating more than 2000 calories! I was scared but this morning I weighed in and who-la I weigh one pound less :) couldn't be more happy.
