不吃不一定會瘦,吃了也不一定會胖。
身體有自己的保護機制,不吃之前可能只是水份流失,還可能肌肉也流失了,然後只要一開吃⋯體重又回來了😅。
吃對食物比較重要,,所以我一直不贊成斷食或不吃,這是我個人淺見,
而且你也不胖啊,肥肉還太少啦😆
