Busy month and put other things in high priority other then myself. Glad I was able to hold my weight :) Things are in a better place and gonna get back on track to achieve my goal weight of 213 by end of year
99.2 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
